In order to increase customer satisfaction and provide the highest quality of product and services for our floor covering and printing process activities, we have implemented a quality procedure in accordance with ISO 9001 - version 2000 management system requirements. Groupe TLM has been certified since 2006. |

| Performance classifications and CE conformity | ||

Within the framework of the European Reach regulation on building materials, our floor tiles have been tested and declared in compliance with the EN 14041 standard and are therefore delivered with CE marking. Our tiles and self-levelling resins have their own CSTB performance classification test reports |

| In the respect for the environment, we apply the European Reach regulation. We are investing in our manufacturing processes to suppress heavy metals, reduce VOCs, recycle our industrial waste and those coming from our application sites. | ||
